The Dear Entrepreneur Summit was built around a specific idea: put entrepreneurs in direct conversation with the people whose decisions affect them most. Government agencies, financial institutions, and potential partners, all in the same room, on the same day.

As the inaugural edition, it needed to establish credibility while creating an environment that felt welcoming, collaborative and worthy of the conversations taking place.

It was a first edition, hosted at the State House Banquet Hall in Abuja, with tight timelines on some deliverables and no previous edition to reference.

We worked closely with the client to shape an experience that encouraged dialogue rather than simply presenting a programme. From creative direction and stage management to technical production, guest experience, RSVP coordination and speaker engagement, every element was designed to support meaningful interaction between entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

The brief asked for something that felt high-level without feeling closed off, formal enough for government participation, open enough for entrepreneurs to speak plainly. We shaped the event around that balance.

Delivered on time. The quality of execution led directly to referrals for future work, the most honest measure of whether a first edition did its job.
