The Nigeria for Women Programme Scale-Up is a Federal Government initiative working to expand economic opportunity for women across Nigeria. Its launch needed to land with weight — for 350 guests including programme beneficiaries, institutional partners, and government stakeholders — while also giving visibility to the women the programme had already supported.

The timeline was tight. We had to move quickly and get it right the first time.

We delivered the full event experience: stage design, branding, event production, RSVP management, hospitality, and guest experience. Inside the main programme, we designed a beneficiary showcase — a separate but integrated moment that gave the human story of the initiative its own visible, considered space within the day.

The launch achieved its objectives and produced a direct referral for a subsequent project, which has become a consistent pattern in our government sector work.
