The Nigeria for Women Programme (NFWP) Scale-Up is a Federal Government initiative expanding economic opportunity for women across Nigeria. Its launch needed to serve two audiences simultaneously: institutional stakeholders driving the programme forward, and the women whose stories gave the initiative its purpose.

The timeline was tight. We had to move quickly and get it right the first time.

WOW!Connect delivered the full event experience: stage design, branding, event production, RSVP management, hospitality, and guest experience.

Inside the main programme, we designed a beneficiary showcase, a separate but integrated moment that gave the human story of the initiative its own visible, considered space within the day. The event became more than a ceremonial launch. It gave the programme’s impact a face.

The launch successfully introduced the next phase of the Nigeria for Women Programme Scale-Up while creating meaningful visibility for the women whose journeys represented its impact.

The project also strengthened relationships beyond the event itself, generating a referral for a subsequent engagement and reinforcing WOW!Connect’s reputation as a trusted partner for high-impact public sector programmes.
