The Guardian Woman Festival is one of Nigeria’s most visible annual celebrations of women in leadership, business, and culture. The 2025 edition combined a conference programme, exhibition, and awards ceremony, a broad, multi-format day that demanded consistent delivery across every segment.

We approached the Gala as an experience rather than an event.
Working across experience design, spatial design and guest experience, we focused on creating an atmosphere that felt immersive from arrival to the final completion.

Every design decision, from the flow of the space to the rhythm of the evening, was made to support the energy of the programme and encourage meaningful interaction between guests.

Rather than simply producing an awards ceremony, we helped create an environment where culture, creativity and connection could naturally come together.

The Guardian Woman Festival 2025 delivered another successful edition of one of Nigeria’s leading platforms celebrating women in leadership.
