The Banking on Women’s Health Conference brought together 500 stakeholders to work through practical responses to women’s health challenges in Nigeria. The real complexity wasn’t the size of the audience. It was the 22 partner organisations behind it, each with their own priorities, visibility requirements, and programme objectives.

Managing a room of 500 is one challenge. Holding 22 partners to a single, coherent experience is another. The success of the event would depend not only on how well it was delivered, but on whether every stakeholder felt part of the same story.
