The Women Economic Empowerment Forum brought together 225 participants over two days to address practical barriers to financial access and livelihood development for women across Nigeria.

As the first edition held in Nigeria, it also needed to set a standard, not just deliver a well-managed programme, but establish the right tone for how this conversation would be held going forward.

A two-day programme with multiple sessions, speakers, and participant groups requires tight coordination to feel seamless from the outside. Every transition was carefully managed to keep energy and focus consistent from the opening session to the closing remarks.

The Forum successfully brought together stakeholders for two days of focused discussion around women’s economic empowerment, creating an environment that encouraged meaningful exchange while maintaining the professionalism expected of a high-level development programme.

The client feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the inaugural edition established a strong foundation for future engagements in Nigeria.
