The RenewHER Gala was the public launch of the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Women’s Health and the formal unveiling of a Presidential initiative. Dr. Adanna Steinacker’s team needed their first event to feel exactly like the work they were announcing: considered, intentional, and worthy of the room.

400 government officials, health stakeholders, and dignitaries at the State House Banquet Hall, Abuja. It was also WOW!Connect’s first project at the State House, so there was no room to find our feet on the day.

The client came to us through a trusted referral. She had seen our work, made the call, and came with confidence. That trust shaped the entire working relationship. We didn’t show up as a vendor. We became an extension of her team.

We managed the project from start to finish: event strategy, stakeholder and vendor coordination, stage design, technical production, run of show, RSVP management, and full on-site guest experience. Every element was designed to feel deliberate, from how guests arrived to how the initiative was framed on stage.

The event delivered on every objective and set a new standard for high-level gatherings at the State House. For WOW!Connect, it opened the door to three subsequent events in Abuja, all a direct result of what happened that evening.
